Fees & what shapes an estimate
Rates reflect time on site, preparation, and the complexity of your product mix — not a subscription ladder.
How we price
Most work is either a fixed project fee (diagnostics and workshop series) or a day rate when the shape of the problem is still emerging. We confirm the basis in writing before any visit.
Indicative figures
Operations Diagnostic
Site walks, interviews, flow map, and 90-day trial plan for one primary site.
Handover & Process Mapping
Three facilitated half-days plus a revision pass after teams trial the new handover.
Capacity & Scheduling Review
Analysis and scheduling clinic billed on days used.
Fulfilment Flow Coaching
Four half-day on-site blocks with packing and stores leads.
What moves a fee up or down
- Number of sites or distinct product families to include
- Night-shift or weekend observation (when the problem only appears then)
- How quickly supervisors can be released for interviews
- Travel beyond a typical day-return from Edendonich
What we do not charge for
An initial conversation of up to thirty minutes to decide whether we are a fit. If we are not, we will say so and, where we can, suggest another kind of help.
Deposits
Fixed-fee work usually requires a 30% booking deposit to hold dates. Day-rate work is invoiced weekly in arrears unless travel needs advance booking.
Next step
Request a conversation with a short note on headcount, sites, and the bottleneck. We reply with a scoped estimate, not a pressure sale.
